Kapshoo is the first Human Impact Network - a connected home for the human impact we create, owned and controlled by the people, businesses, communities and causes who create it. The good we do, the happiness we feel and the difference we make lives in many places: at home, at work, in our communities and through the causes we support. Those chapters deserve one safe, connected home, so the stories behind them can live on, inspire others, and become the ripple of positive change they were always meant to be.
Kapshoo wasn't born in a boardroom. It began with a memory book, gifted to Heather's mum and dad, and to Simon's mum, in the belief there was still time. Heather's dad completed his, page by page, before he passed - a living record of family history preserved for generations to come. Simon's mum began hers too, but Parkinson's-related dementia had already begun its quiet work, so much of what she had lived, loved and learned could only ever be captured in fragments. Then, as Heather approached her 60th birthday, she and her mum had planned to finally sit down together and record her recipes, photographs and stories in her own voice. Heather's mum passed away two weeks before that birthday, and that chance never came. Heather and Simon never wanted that loss to happen to anyone else - so they set out to build the safe, lasting home for these stories that they couldn't find anywhere else. That is how Kapshoo began.

About Heather & Simon Carter
Heather and Simon Carter are the Co-Creators of Kapshoo. Heather is also Founder of ReveGro, a value creation company with over 30 years' experience supporting SMEs and enterprise businesses to grow, scale and exit, and she brings that same commercial rigour to building Kapshoo's B2B environment. Simon, CEO of ReveGro, brings a strong grounding in ESG and social value, helping shape how Kapshoo supports organisations to evidence the good they already do.
